If tu is ranked "as high as possible," and we lose, my guess is they are in the playoffs and we are out. We want them to lose. See 1998.

Meh. Just win out Ags and everything will be fine. I'd personally prefer tu lose out but as long as we win out it doesn't really matter.

My two favorite teams on a football Saturday is the Fightin' Texas Aggies and whoever is playing tu!!!!

The hell it won't!!!! They beat A&M in the terrible 60's when we were down and rubbed our noses in it, nothing it too bad for tu!!!!!

We just need to take care of business and beat Missouri this Saturday. If we win this road game, we should enter Austin with an 11-0 (7-0 SEC) record. I think Texas will be 8-3 when we play them with a road loss to Georgia on 11/15 and a home win over Arkansas on 11/22. Texas will be highly motivated to hand us our only regular season loss and prevent us from making our first SEC Championship Game appearance. Hopefully, we can win out and beat Alabama in the SEC Championship Game to become a 13-0 SEC Champion.

Can't stand the tu ass kissing because the barely beat Vandy. 21 unanswered points, Vandy just needed a few more minutes.

Most of us dont want this because all that means is UT may get into a playoff which we do not want.

If tu wins out until the Aggie game they will jump the Aggies in the polls and then while an upset win will not move the Aggies high enough for a first round bye if a loss in the sec championship. In fact if ty wins out except for Ags, then Ags lose in sec championship game,, tu will get higher seed in playoffs. That is how it works for them. That is why Aggies did not want them in the SEC, that is why most Aggies had no issue with that rivalry dying out.

I'd rather Texas get beat. Lots of chest thumping are here, and understandably, but Texas is still a very talented team and Manning is looking more and more comfortable every game. If they roll into the last game on their current trajectory, they'll be a legit top 10 team with the best pass rush in the country, and a QB who's figured it out.

Count me in as preferring a Texas squad, in Austin, only playing for pride and whatever the top non-playoff bowl game is.

We need them to lose at least one more SEC game just in case they beat us. We also need to focus on beating Missouri and USC for any of this to matter.

I hope both A&M and Texas win out until the rivalry game.

An 11-0 A&M vs a 9-2 Texas would be huge.

as long as we are undefeated and have taken biz for 3 games prior...sure on tu, but who really gives a flip about them. So glad staff and team focus on us and 1 game at a time.
