Jimbo beat us many times.

Funny and unbelievable....lets be boastful next if it's warranted. We lose a lot from OL, RB, WRs and a couple DL/DE and DBs that we don't really have the instant plug and play (esp OL will be full of gaps).

Again, a next year issue....but LSU will be better (even if they just keep F Wilson who is a top recruiter in the country).

On the positive side LSU cannot cancel the contract this time!!

Nope. Anyone who was paying attention knew this was going to happen when we made it clear that the first game with the sips would be in College Station in 2024. LSU was due to come to College Station in 2024, and although we played both at home last year, long term, that was not a good idea. So, we play back to back at Baton Rouge in order to fix that problem.

Just pay attention. LSU and Texas games are gonna be opposite each year, one was always going to be home and one was going to be away.
With the curent setup the ONLY way to fix that is have us goto Baton Rouge or Austin in consecutive seasons.

Would you rather play at both Austin and at Baton Rouge in the same season every other year?

This is one case where I don't believe the snake screwed us, although I think I'd have rather gone to Austin in back-to-back years.
