this game could go a multitude of ways. we jump on them early it's going to be tough for them to mount a comeback. i don't think their offensive line can hold up in obvious passing situations.

I think the 3 toughest games we have still to go are:

1. tu
2. Mizz
3. Lsu

Its the SEC and alot can happen we still could go anywhere from 3-9 to 12-0.

The Lsu game is in Death Valley (never an easy place for a visiting team), at the end of a 5 consecutive SEC games, after a road trip to Arky and right before an off week. They have Vandy the week before and we have @ Arky.

The Mizz game is after a bye week, on the road in Colombia, something maybe in our favor it might not be a night game as lsu plays bama that same day. Mizz can run the ball really well and we cant stop the run.
I have the same feeling about this game as I did about South Carolina last year.

tu game rivalry game, probably the best team left on our schedule, its in austin.

The other games Auburn, MSU, Florida, @Arky, USCe are all capable of beating us.

Cam Coleman is formidable. If we control him, I like our chances.

What you speak of is personal insecurities based on feelings. If you expect us to fail before it ever happens there's no sain reason to support the team.

This game is very worrisome. Auburn has significantly more sway than us with the SEC office, and we can expect massive corrections (correction defined as calls favoring AU) from the zebras after their game last week. You can mark my words on that point.

As much as anything this game will be a chance to train up the kids on overcoming flagrant antagonism from the officials. We've got all the on-field pieces (talent, coaching, focus, crowd noise ) to run away with this game like OP says. IMO the single biggest chance to derail that is if the refs get in our players' heads early on.

Appreciate the lesson in football physics, Captain Obvious. You can call it insecurity and feelings if you want, but I call it a 30-year trend. You can ignore it if you want to, but that doesn't mean it magically disappears. Trends matter, and we've been in a rather ****ty one for decades.

I'm definitely optimistic on what I'm seeing and hope we keep the momentum going. What I'm not doing is saying we're going to boat race Auburn like the OP did.
