I cut all my cords and only have Netflix at the moment. Is there any place to stream this game coming up and if not, what is the best app to sub so I can? I'm an a la carte streamer so I just whatever when I need it.

Youtubetv will get you every channel you need for Aggie football. There is also the new ESPN service, but that won't get you the Notre Dame game.

Consensus is ESPN Unlimited for every game except ND, and either an HD antenna for the local NBC broadcast for ND or possibly Sling Orange 1-day pass for the ND game if Sling covers local channels in your area.

YouTubeTV sounds like the most fool proof easy way to get every game, but it is expensive, about $80 a month but there is a deal right now for 3 months at $49.99 a month or something like that.

Sling 1-day pass is like $4.99 + $1 for the Sports Extra upgrade that gets SEC Network.

ESPN Ultimate + Hulu + Disney+ is $29.99 a month for a year right now.

Never done this myself, but all the fine people on the above linked threads have helped me figure it out.

I have OTA antenna and Sling combo, which includes ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN 3. I think Sling is a good streaming service because it's cheaper than traditional cable TV.

This did not work for me last year for all the road games. I had season tickets for all the home games, but some of the road games were not hosted on regular old YouTube, and some that were hosted got shut down and I missed multiple sections of games and at least one hole game trying to find new feeds. As was pointed out on the other threads I linked, the feeds are shut down because it is illegal and it is thus an unreliable source for the games.

Sling 1-day pass for $5.99 with the extra sports package would be way better than regular YouTube and is legal.

Why can't you get the ND game on ESPN unlimited? I don't understand that.

Because Notre Dame home games are aired exclusively on NBC.

and what network gets to air what game is determined by the home team. Since its a ND home game, its on NBC/Peacock as that is who their tv deal is with.

we've been streaming for years...tried them all...Youtube TV...fubo...hulu and feel youtube is the best. But they are all $80+

haven't tried sling

what we are doing this year is just getting the ESPN Unlimited deal for $30/month. The ND game is supposed to stream on Peacock which my wife already has. It's $11/month

I've done the watch on youtube feeds but as other said...sometimes it cuts out and you have to find new stream. Sometimes an add pops up right during the play

the sling daily service is interesting option too

only downside I can tell from our plan is that you can't record HOWEVER supposedly ESPN will let you watch previously played games on demand so effectively the same.

This is easily the least expensive way short of illegal activities.

Add in a cheap OTA HD antenna and you're all set.

I went a whole season just bouncing around doing free trials with different services.

If you sign up with YouTube Tv with a new email and different credit card you can get the new user prices. As a new user you can also get the Sunday Ticket for $276.

I was doing my research on this, today, and I think i'm going to go with the new ESPN package. For the ND game, I will just plan to watch it live and use a digital antenna to get NBC.

That should keep me covered for the entire football season and seems to be the best bang for my buck.

I didn't see it on here, but Peacock is also a good alternative for the Notre Dame game.

Mentioned in other thread, but this year's carrier vs provider battle is with YTTV and Fox. You might not need Fox for NFL Sunday if you have a decent antenna, and you might not care about watching Saturday FB on Fox, and that is all good and fine, but just be aware that for the price of YTTV, you might be without Fox for a while.

Just to emphasize, for most locations, you will need an antenna to use Sling for your local network channels. If you have terrible reception and you are counting on that for the Sunday local NFL games or whatever, you need to check your reception if you have never done OTA before.

If only Aggie games, sling daily pass (up to $6) + antenna is the cheapest. Looking at a max of $24 but more likely $18 a month on average.

Used all the services over the years, this is the best this fall...for cherry on top, get your college age child to get the student promo code for Peacock and get it at $3/month, will include ND game and all the Premier League soccer games on Sunday mornings when skipping church

Can't imagine ever being so bored that I would watch soccer on tv.

Apparently Disney is suing Dish/sling for offering daily and weekend passes.

And NBC can be picked up with an OTA antenna?

OTA antenna seems like a good thing to have anyway, frankly.

That's a fair question. I guess I did know but don't really think about that stuff. I haven't used an antenna with a TV since Family Ties was on the air.
