Not football related but what's to keep Evan Ashenbeck who literally had to declare for the MLB draft b/c he didn't get an answer from NCAA on his eligibility to go ahead and come back? Seems like a more legit case than even going up to the pros then flaming out.

I think any player should be able to "Test" the Pro Draft and If they are unhappy with the results and hasn't signed with an Agent - Should be able to return to College Sports.
