Sark & Ewers NFL combo package...

TU hires the successor to Charlie Strong (one of the all time greats for TU from an Ag perspective).

I wonder if NFL scouts have noticed how many floaters, bloopers, lollipops, touch passes, etc.., that he throws

rarely see him stand in the pocket and rifle the ball downfield

it's the scheme that makes all the floaters and lob passes work

Ewers is going to the NFL. He's ready now.

Guess is second round maybe late first round.

He isn't coming here so idgas. He could be the first cfb player to ever be financially independent before he finishes his college eligibility. Good on him for that I suppose. If he's not a guy that just absolutely loves football I'd give some consideration to getting highly educated on money management and investing and pursue what he really loves .

If Beck is worth 4 million then Ewers would get at least 4.5

Who is USCw? Southern Cal? You must have missed Sam Huard Commits to USC in Transfer Portal; Former 5-Star QB Spent 2024 with Utah. Huard is USC's qb in 2025, not Ewers.

Heck, that's nothing.

The Vols QB and the one that just switched from LSU to Michigan were already financially independent prior to showing up on campus.

Definitely didn't know that but not surprised . Even if I were Uber-rich I would never throw that kind of $ at a single player … could be a total bust

His deep ball looks like a punt. He can't throw an out. He throws late in the flat and over the middle. What am I missing?
94chem,
That, sir, was the greatest post in the history of TexAgs. I salute you. -- Dough

A slow qb who turns the ball over and can't move in the pocket is perfect for 1st or 2nd round.

If Oregon is offering the same amount then I'd go there. Oregon's offense is built around quick passes and he would pad his stats while hiding his deep ball weakness while getting some good coin.
