All things considered, it's made me realize that Aggies aren't too far off from being able to compete... Elko has addressed a lot of the personal needs.

The harder part for elko will be getting the culture shift needed between the ears... road games, games down the stretch, not showing up till your down 2-3 scores, handling momentum shifts, maintaining physical play/tackling throughout the season... these are the biggest hurdles, and plugging in recruits/transfers won't fix it.

Strip playcalling duties from Bateman and we might be close.
