The harder part for elko will be getting the culture shift needed between the ears... road games, games down the stretch, not showing up till your down 2-3 scores, handling momentum shifts, maintaining physical play/tackling throughout the season... these are the biggest hurdles, and plugging in recruits/transfers won't fix it.
