"Spiking the ball" in this circumstance is warranted because it is evident our team will never rise to the occasion because of hidden agenda (for lack of better term).
Ohhhh, how we all would love to see that success they've experienced, but we don't have refs and media fawning over us with favoritism, blatant calls going our way, beneficial scheduling and the damn Confernce commissioner riding our jock straps.
All we (fans of A&M) have is watching Liberal University fail. I'm spiking that ball hard because it's all we have.
Look, I graded from tOSU and A&M, and I can tell you for a fact there is a difference. tOSU in comparison to A&M has far fewer calls against them in favor of another squad. That rivalry against TSUN (Meatchicken) is tolerable when watching because the refs don't interject to the extent A&M vs tu. Sure it's anecdotal because I'm a case that roots for both teams with polar opposite circumstances a majority don't, can't or refuse to see.
I'm going to keep weirdly spiking that ball because unfortunately, the game against the media, refs and Conference Commisioner won't change anytime soon.
