Reed has a cannon and Howard has a .22. Difference is Howard is super accurate. Seeing what Howard is doing makes me super excited for what Reed brings to the table. Future is bright for Marcel and the Aggies.

And perhaps being in a better system now.
Just take what they give you instead of trying to force the ball downfield . Texas lb's are dropping 10 yards off the Los when Howard drops back to pass. Take the 8-10 yard completions and let your athletes do the rest and mix in the run.
Maybe better system and maybe not but definitely much better OL and WR's.

I like Reed but Howard is also twice his size.

Did anyone else catch last night in playoff game the ESPN commentators say Will Howard was 0-3 against Texas while at K State. 2 of those losses were due to failed 4th and short opportunities. I have no faith unless Elko hires an "Offensive Consultant".
I did..... pair that with Howard saying when he got to Ohio State he finally got real coaching makes me doubt. We ended up with Klien because several other guys didn't want to come. Figure we would upgrade but we haven't yet. He runs a 2000-2010 type offensive were it sits in a gray area no identity on offense might work if we had Tebow but can't work now.12Power said:

Just think, we could have had this year either Will Howard from Kansas State or Riley Leonard from Duke. We thought we had someone better and we were quite wrong. Imagine what might have been !

Weigman had never done anything at A&M. Hadn't even shown flashes except in losses like Miami. There was zero surprise when he flopped
