Ohio State's play calling has been atrocious. I think they had like 5 series in a (maybe 4 out of 5) where the first play of the series was a run up the middle -- right into the strength of the t.u. defense. Meanwhile, t.u. has parted the Red Sea about 7 yards beyond the LOS making crossing routes open all day. With OhSU's speed, I like that matchup. Then they come out and run a screen for a ... TD. Imagine that. t.u. can't keep up with that stuff.

The bucks should be up by at least 3 TDs. This game clearly shows why player discipline is so important. Doing stupid stuff cost OhSU big time. I think I now know why Day loses to Michigan just about every year. He can't keep his team focused on the REAL goal. Harbaugh, with his thug mentality, probably saw that like blood in the water and pounced on it.

There was a timeout and they did take a look at it -- they work off radios in some cases without the Referee going to the monitor. His knee, and possibly forearm, were down while the ball was in his control. No fumble. At the very least, nowhere near enough to overturn call on the field.
