One monkey doesn't steal the show, Elko should have had more depth. That will be his downfall for the next three years. He will be gone at the end of three more years!!!!!!

So in year one he should have been able to bring in 60 new guys? He had about 35+ holes to fill with questions of depth and high end talent all across the board. Not very realistic to hit on all in one offseason and expect a perfect roster in year 1.

Either way. Way to go out in a limb. Most coaches are fired within 5 years rather than win a championship. Simply playing the odds doesn't make you smart. It just makes you sound like a quitter.
