175-Acre Hunting Ranch in the Heart of the Golden Triangle
Property Description:
Located in the renowned Golden Triangle of South Texas, this 175-acre ranch is a true wildlife haven, perfect for hunters and outdoor enthusiasts seeking privacy and tranquility. Known for its exceptional whitetail deer population, the low-fence ranch features thick brush diversity and a well-balanced ecosystem, creating an ideal environment for true South Texas hunting. In addition to trophy whitetail deer, the property supports abundant wildlife, including quail, dove, turkey, hogs, javelina, coyotes, bobcats, and more.

El Morito Creek winds through the ranch, adding natural beauty and brush cover for wildlife. A stocked tank consisting of bass and catfish provides year-round fishing enjoyment. The ranch has been well maintained and managed for over 30 years, with little hunting pressure from neighboring properties, ensuring a sustainable and thriving game population. Two oat patches and an established road system further enhance the property's utility and appeal.

Is there any grass on this "well managed" place? Doesn't look like it.
Being in TexAgs jail changes a man……..no, not really

That south Texas… feast or famine. One rain and grass will be knee high before the end of the week.

The fact that there's quail and pics of turkeys is a good sign imo

looks nice, but seems there would be issues with migrants crossing your land, being so close to border.

That can be a rough road to get back to that ranch. Very familiar with the Area. It is definitely South Texas. We have trucks out there for Verdun and others. Asherton is a one gas station oilfield town. The Taco stand across the street from the gas station is excellent! Long lines at 5 am.
