Naw.
I'm saying that what made that hit targeting, was the fact that it was a defenseless receiver, does that characterization change if the ball is tipped, similar to PI not being possible on a tipped ball? I legitimately don't know the answer to that. He didn't hit him with the crown of the helmet, so as a runner, that would be a legal hit, but not towards a defenseless receiver.

I just was told by a source they are going to give the game to tu as baseball has it right. Hit the goal post and it's similar to hitting the line and considered in.
