Seems a lack of effort or over thinking.

Athletic talent is there.

Arkie always has effort and stays in the games, we always have talent and do just enough until we don't.

No not a benchmark. Just noting they lack talent but effort can also keep you in games.

They have not been an easy out. We need some of their tenacity and grit is all.
