They were adequate for the most part but question for those who more observant? Did our freshmen get any meaningful playing time?

The difference I saw was Fatheree playing Guard. He did a good job. I thought Oline was adequate to good last night.

Defense didn't hold up their part of the bargain. Would love to see us upgrade at Corner, LB, and Interior Dline.

Why was Reed-Adams not playing?

OL has played much improved vs last year and I agree they were pretty good last night. Everyone returning next year should be huge for the unit.

We should be fine at CB next year. We still need 1 or 2 DT for depth but it's very doubtful we add a LB unless we lose one unexpectedly. My biggest concern is safety and DT right now.

OL has played much improved vs last year and I agree they were pretty good last night. Everyone returning next year should be huge for the unit.

Our DEs were very bad last night. No pressure and up field ten yards every play and completely out of it. Couldn't get any pressure on a badly depleted usc Oline

We had 3 scholarship DE last night for 2 positions. Plus early they looked good but as the game went on they disappeared but that shouldn't surprise anyone since we only had 3.

That's why I was incredulous when Osweiler kept on hyping our d-line as being one of the best in the nation. Maybe true at full strength but definitely not last night.
