Hate it when defensive players make a good play then run 10 yards up field to celebrate. Then have to run all the way back to get in position. Coaches for the opposing team should run hurry up to take advantage of their boasting of prowess bold.

Let us tell why, what you're thinking, would be an immediate fail in today's Transfer / NIL environment.

Pretty simple. Bring the entire team together. Tell them that our team culture is being selfless. That individual celebrations for one good play during a series risks getting a penalty, jeopardizes the next play by not getting back to the line and ready, is undisciplined and also selfish. There are ten other teammates that contributed in a positive way during that play. That every play has players making key blocks, covering well, tackling, making a catch, etc… and you don't see numerous players celebrating after every play for doing their job well. It's expected that you do your job well every play. Celebrations will take place after we win. Individual recognition will take place after we win. I would also tell them that teams are going to start taking advantage of these celebrations by hurrying back to the line and snapping the ball. Lastly, I would tell them that they will sit out a series if it happens on the field. This is part of our culture and who we are…a disciplined, selfless team.
Regarding transfers. Winning and money is all that matters to most of these 4-5 stars. Winning requires a strong, disciplined, team oriented culture.

Has press asked Elko about this sort of thing? Is so. what did say? Elko by not putting a stop to it encourages it? And these players are not "kids."

1st quarter, dude taunts the USC sideline after a bad pass for 5+ seconds.
4th quarter, he loses the game for us by getting burned multiple times on the last drive.
The celebration issue needs some work this offseason.
