He's not going to need to. Mike knows what it takes now. He'll get his guys in place and turn this around.

So, we lost this game bc Elko went conservative after getting the lead. Both on offense and defense.

He has plenty areas he can improve as far as head coach that will help out his coordinators no matter who they are. Here's to him improving in those areas.

Would definitely be another sign he greatly overestimates himself, which is why he didn't hire elite coordinators to begin with.

I don't think Bateman or Klien are terrible.

But I do think this is the type year you can expect form them.

If you are happy with 8-5, you should be thrilled with them.

I am not happy with 8-5. But I have been an Aggie for more than 30 years, so I have been conditioned to expect between 6-6 and 8-5, with occasional blips up or down.

Our defense wasn't terrible, but it just lost to a bad, undermanned team.

That's about as damning as can be for a school with A&M's $ and support.

Competence. Klein is the much farther down on my list of concerns than Bateman. CK has had some up and some down. JB is all down

Klein had a little over 300 yards of offense until our final drive. Stop acting like Klein isn't borderline awful and has been vs any competent defense.

We had over 400 yards after our last TD. We only ahd 36 yards on our final drive. We also scored 31 points and really should have had more but Noah couldn't catch a nearly perfect pass.

The offense struggled at times but did more than enough to win the game. The defense **** the bed.

I don't like Klein either, but we did score 31 points and that should have been enough to win. Klein didn't drop a TD pass that resulted in a 14 point swing. Klein didn't give up those points in the 4th, the defense did and this defense COMPLETELY checked out after the South Carolina loss.

To start the season 7-1 and then to finish 1-4 is absolutely unacceptable with the talent and money we have.

I'm telling you. It's best to put Aggie football on pause like "youtube TV". We as fans have been had. The Opportunity of the century floundered by selfish individuals with back door (ing) sip into SEC. Handing them a complete simple path to success. Not to mention them basically paying for top talent but when A&M did it, the media crushed us for it. Check out now unless B1G is in the near future. It's not worth it. This football program IS Illinois, Syracuse...level. 1939 was and will be it. Sad.
