Things aren't getting better not because of recruiting sites evaluations of our team.

Things aren't getting better because our coaches do not develop players.

Things aren't getting better because our coaches do not evaluate talent and capabilities well.

Things aren't getting better because our coaches do not adjust and call plays well.

The issue is not our players. It's the coaching. Above them, who is it that have brought in our coaches after Fran. We DO NOT assess coaches well, we do not negotiate well, we do not handle anything related to the hiring of coaches well.

Well teams do much more with less recruiting……..A&M seems to consistently do less with more. Dont think recruiting is the issue at all. The recruiting has been good enough for 9-10 win seasons.

Players will always get my support. Current coaches? Not so much! Elko "may" know his elbow from his arsehole, but if he retains Klein and Bateman after this sheetshow nosedive after starting 7-1..... he needs to be fired too!

The football "decision makers" at this university have to be in the bottom 10% when compared to most all other schools! Their egos and their pompous FU, we know better attitudes has kept this football program circling the proverbial drain for DECADES. Jimbo guaranteed contract was second worst move in CFB history. Only the genius move of Jimbo's extension topped that. Fran is probably #3.

Aggie football has earned, and rightly deserves, the national moniker of the biggest underperforming program in CFB history that does the least with the most resources!!!

This university is an awesome destination for players because of the Aggie Network that will benefit them for the rest of their lives...... but that is not enough! Our player progression, development, and performance statistics should be among the best in the nation year in and year out! Their is no reason, with this university's resources, that we should not be as consistent as the likes of the Penn States, Michigans, Alabamas, Georgias, and ohio states of the world in having consistent meaningful football seasons rather than one or two per decade!

It is maddening and it is becoming harder and harder for many fans to commit their time and energy to the continuing mediocrity of football coaching.

These players deserve better!

Anybody remember the Elko was notoriously the worst and most reluctant recruiter on Jimbo's staff. If he can't coach 'em up, this may be the most talented team in his tenure.
