Firing jumbo was silly, with the buyout. Boeing Elmo was worse.

Giving Jimbo the extension in 2020 was the dumbest football decision in the history of all of college football.

That's going to set A&M back for a decade.

Firing Jimbo was really stupid. Why fire him when you are just going to lose every important game anyways?

What value was gained from firing him? We are still irrelevant and have done nothing except lose every important game we play.

Shouldn't have fired Jimbo WITHOUT a great new coach lined up.

We were forced into Elko. Somebody familiar but a big gamble. AND we got locked into too long of a contract

Elko didn't improve this team or program. He just had an easy schedule to start and tricked some people. I would rather keep Jimbo and spend that money on better players.

He would have kept Weigmann in the game and lost to LSU for sure and likely all the other losses and finished 7-6. Probably worse.
