This is 2 games in a row where an offensive minded coach has "out coached" him. He needs to fire Bateman and take over the defense from a "pseudo" D Coordinator.

To me, that is the most concerning trend. On our 1-4 finish to the year, we lost 3 of those games due to poor defense and poor coaching decisions.

Elko can't beat anybody that require adjustments and good play.

He should have already fired both OC and DC

Unless you are an auto-recruiting blue-blood, a Defensive HC will never work. Defense is ALL about players; Offense is ALL about scheme. A good defensive HC doesn't to you any good without good players. And if you get lucky enough to stumble upon a good OC. he'll get hired away for an HC job.
