Elko hired both of them, and all season has seen their failures. I wonder if he will allow them to put him on the street in two years.

Kleins lack of creativity is more apparent bc of the big moments like 4th and one up the gut for the third time.


Bateman truly did less with more though.


If I had to make an excuse for Klein (I don't want to), the WR are not good and the running backs have been injured. And Conner did whatever he did

Bateman should've never been hired, he was about to get axed at UF and we did them a favor. He's also our LB coach, which is another huge area where problems exist.



Klein has excuses and can and will actually improve Reed.

Defense solely lost the games we absolutely should have won. Auburn and this one.

The other losses were a combo of offense, defense and coaching.

Prob Bateman as he's a 'buddy' hire from Elko's past (like they made a pinky promise back in the day that if/when one makes it to HC at major program). UF fans were happy to see him and Spencer leave. Note that Bateman is also LB coach and its time for York to be benched.

In all honesty, Elko tried to persuade Santucci (sp) to follow him back, but he didn't want to come back (maybe wasn't offered DC, but that guy was a arse when here).

Unfortunately Peterson and Aritide get blame too as everything on def side was bad last night.

Knew it would be as this has been a subpar team all yr and they fooled a few fans early, but Nov and Dec are the true tape of what this really is. We have less talent coming back on DL and poor lb play, anyone will run on this team next year (and poor fundamentals setting the edge).

Bateman and its not even close. CK showed flashes of competence at times and I think he could get better with more talent at WR next year and a healthier RB room

Bateman was a buddy hire and that rarely ever works out. There has to be serious consideration of letting him go and finding a new DC

More concerned with the defense bc this is Elko's defense.

Klein has shown flashes at least and I also think Elko holds him back by not allowing him to run hurry up. Along with having to juggle the Weigman issue this year, I'm looking forward to seeing what Klein can do without that distraction next year and better skill players.

Yeah I'd like to see us move on from Bateman. It's honestly impressive how he's able to make Elko's defense look so bad at times. And he's not really making it up himself on the recruiting trail. We can do a lot better.

Should've given the coordinator position to ERob. No way he does worse than Bateman and he's ten times the recruiter, instead we hire a friend retread

lol. Elko lets Klein's goofy ass have complete control of the offense. Elko might could call better offensive plays considering he said he learned defense by learning from his past offensive playcallers when he was DC before A&M.
