And a few minutes later he also said that they ruled him down. No idea who that referred to, since it was clearly a fumble recovered by Arkansas, as they started the next drive where the fumble was recovered. Stating that the returner was down implies that there was no fumble...

Though it was just a good hard hit and nowhere close to targeting, that last hit got me thinking. If you got called for targeting in the second half of a bowl game or the championship game and you still had eligibility left, would you have to sit out the first half of the first game of next season?
