He's a functional ruhtatd.
I'll never forget the pregame before our game with Cal in Holiday Bowl when the talking heads in the studio were talking about the game and Desmond proceeded to list off t.u. players and talk about their team and how they would fare against Cal.
Nobody in the studio bothered to correct him but the awkwardness was palpable.

usually he is pretty funny-tonight he was off his rocker. Tennessee was outclassed and outmatched from the word go. And he was talking about Vol fans turning the Shoe into a neutral environment! Herbie added to the insanity by saying there were "40-50,000 vols fans" in attendance!!! They traveled well, but did ANYONE watching think that stadium was even close to half TN fans? Rediculous.
