On Monday’s edition of TexAgs Live, Kay Naegeli took us Around Aggieland and provided updates on all things Texas A&M as the fall continues. Football fell to Auburn, volleyball received a 6-seed in the NCAA Tournament and much more.
Football
In year one under Mike Elko, Texas A&M finished 8-4 with a loss to Texas on Saturday night, 17-7.
Texas A&M now awaits their postseason future with Selection Day this Sunday, Dec. 8.
Recruiting
Signing Day is just two days away as the Aggies prepare to ink their 2025 class, sitting at 22 commits, including Brady Hart, who reclassified and committed to the Aggies on Friday.
Men’s Basketball
Texas A&M went 2-1 in the Sin City at the Players Era Festival with a win on Saturday over 81-77 win over Rutgers. With another quality win in the books, A&M will now face three power conference foes in a row beginning Tuesday with Wake Forest.
Women’s Basketball
After Texas A&M women’s basketball’s tournament in the Bahamas, they have a little break away from the court and will host the SEC-ACC Challenge against Syracuse on Dec. 4. at 6:15 p.m. at Reed Arena.
Volleyball
Jamie Morrison and the Fightin' Texas Aggies are going dancing as the Maroon & White have earned an at-large bid to the 2024 NCAA Tournament.
With a 19-7 overall record and a 10-6 SEC mark, the Ags will travel to Tempe, Arizona to open the dance on Friday at 6:30 p.m. CT against Colorado State.
