Anyone noticed the longhorn player on neutral Zone? Or maybe it was just a bad angle of camera. Perhaps I'm not aware how the rule works.

He was lined up offsides but he didn't actually make the play. We left 91 go unblocked on backside and he made the tackle

pasquale is right. I mean if things were flipped, we can rest assured that they wouldn't have called it on us since it didn't affect the play. So why pay attention at all?
