Interesting that no one responded to your question, and the point of your thread, choosing rather to attack you, and defend dogs, when absolutely NO ONE was attacking them, nor the emotional support they indeed provide. These same folks betrayed their own emotional imbalance with their overreactions.

Meanwhile, I'm with you in pointing out crying Herbie's need to draw attention to himself by having the beautiful pup by his side (even though he was clearly a distraction, and would have rather been elsewhere).

Full disclosure: I'm a huge dog lover, and wouldn't be without my faithful Great Pyrenees.

Dogs make almost everyone smile. I'm sure Kirk's dog spreads joy to everyone on the crew, not to mention each schools players and staff.

Ben and Rev got to hang out some.

Granddaughters happened to meet him this morning during GAMEDAY. I won't judge but when I lose a dog it's a while before I want to replace, because you can't really replace one with another.

He owned four Goldens and now has three. Pete was Ben's younger brother.

My grands never met a dog they didn't love. That's one of maybe 10 pics sent this morning of them with f dog different dogs. They have a 1 yo Golden and an Aussie.

People who complain about dogs could use a dog in their lives to gain some perspective.

Last week a student is kicking for $150,000 or something, and the damn dog is running wild all over in front of him all over the set and interrupting his kick attempt multiple attempts and no one of the espn crew did anything to stop it.

The dog on set is fine if it's under control, but a lot of time the dog looks like it's causing a disturbance and should be tamed.
