Replay review is simple.
1. Is there clear and indisputable evidence the call on the field was incorrect? If yes, change call. If not, keep call.
What was the last game you watched where the game was 14-0 and both TDs were overturned via replay? Also, neither was indisputable…. That's the whole point of replay but for some reason when the other team is Texas… they get the call 100% of the time
