The refs control too much of the game. Too many penalties can get thrown on any given play.

All the refs have to do is ignore technical holding on one side of the ball, call a few questionable late hits and suddenly momentum swings one way.....

Our blitzes are not very creative we show edge pressure then twist inside everytime. Need to mix up the pressure looks and designs.
