I've met more than a few Aggies that are similar. Especially younger ones. For better or worse, A&M is more a corporation than the tradition filled university it once was. In the attempt to compete with tu on multiple levels, we have become similar.

Hello Ags. I've made my myself transparent on this site before and I'll do it again. I got my undergrad at Texas and my masters at A&M. I have 2 kids. One goes to Texas and the other to A&M. The wife is the smart one, she went to Rice.

So who will I root for? I will be wearing my burnt orange. My wife will wear maroon. Her entire family are Aggies.

I have the most utmost respect for A&M. Some of my best friends are Aggies and they are great people. My wife's side of the family, are incredible. She has two members of her family that were in the Core. Man, they are bad asses. They live their life right way.

To the originator of this thread, I pray that your kidding. Life is not that serious.

My two best memories of this game. One - the bonfire game (at halftime, I had tears come to my eyes). A very emotional win for A&M. Second, was the Ricky Williams runs vs A&M in 1998 to break the all time rushing record.
