They've played good teams really well this year.
I was of the mind that it's best for us to beat sips as highly ranked as possible. However, it seems to me that the committee wants them in no matter what. A loss to UK completely screws up that plan and opens a spot for us after beating tu. They won't put a 3 loss, 2 last game losses, tu over other SEC teams

they have prob the 2nd best win in the SEC @Miss, and lost by 1 to Georgia

Kentucky have a good defense and have been close in multiple games. Texas' offense has definitely regressed in the back half of the season. It's a possibility but I won't be holding my breath
Just continue to wear them down a bit. Arkansas played very physical. You get Kentucky to do same and then Aggies and it creates something Texas has never been through.

Texas is a 20.5-point home favorite. Yes Kentucky as a 20-17 road win at 8-2 (4-2 SEC) Ole Miss on 9/28 and a 13-12 home loss to 8-2 (6-2 SEC) Georgia on 9/14, but they also lost to Vanderbilt 20-13 at home after a bye week. Also, they have two embarrassing home losses by 14+ points each: a 31-6 loss to South Carolina on 9/7 and a 24-10 loss to Auburn on 10/26. In addition, Kentucky has a 48-20 blowout loss at 5-5 (3-4 SEC) Florida on 10/19. That is Florida's largest margin of victory in an SEC game. Also, Texas throttled that same Florida team 49-17 in their last home game on 11/9. It's crazy how Kentucky's only SEC win is over Ole Miss, and Kentucky is Auburn's only Power 4 win. I hate to say it, but I think Texas will beat Kentucky by 21+ points.
Texas had one good run in the last 50 years. If they were as mobbed up as the zoo says, they'd have 10 natties by now. They don't.

Hopefully Stoops time as the A&M HC instilled a true hatred for tu, that shows in the game this weekend and he inspires the wildcats and they get a huge victory.
When you view the games in strict probability your chances of losing increases after every game you win, what you want is KY to lose but give their opponent from Austin a good physical beat down.
At some point the mistakes increase, the focus fades and the breaks go against you.

It's why I wanted Georgia to beat ole Miss and lsu to beat bama, then after ole Miss beat vans I wa Ted Tennessee over Georgia, none of which happened
Both Bama and ole Miss or Bama and UGA would have been out of the picture sbd I figured OSU to incur another loss otherwise we had head to head over them
Having all these 2 loss sec teams makes it much tougher for us to get in with a ccg loss if we get to Atlanta

Not sure it'd be helping us. We need to beat a Sip team that looks good going into it, otherwise our room for error in the SEC title game shrinks. Look like crap in the SEC title game, and they'll put Tennessee in the playoffs over us if texas already has 3 losses.
