GA is still one of the most feared teams in the country and everyone knows it. That's why? Not to mention winning titles does have an impact on this year's ranking whether you believe it or not.

Every SEC team will end up with two losses eventually.

We are coming off a beating and a bye week and complaining about our ranking. This week just reminds me we need to be ready for Auburn.

Sips have Kentucky and Ark left before us. Just played Fla, played Vandy last week. The meat of their SEC schedule (I don't count OU).

With a little luck, they'll be beat up and tired when they face us.

Unless LSU comes back from a 21-6 halftime deficit, there will be 3 teams with just one conference loss: Texas A&M, Texas, and Tennessee.

Well it looks like LSU will be out instead of Bama. Don't need beer to think LSU would win at home in a night game.

No biggie, we will just play someone else in the SEC title game.

If Georgia beats Tennessee next Saturday and we win out, we would be the only team to finish with a 7-1 SEC record. Assuming no other upsets, there would be a 6-way tying for 2nd place with a 6-2 SEC record: Alabama, LSU, Ole Miss Georgia, Texas, and Tennessee.

The bye week would be a great time to write another letter to the football team

So much of ranking depends on how your team is perceived.

Teams like Georgia, Bama, Texas, Ohio State will always get the benefit of the doubt in voter's minds - whether it's deserved or not.

Teams like A&M will always be looked at sideways - until we prove we have staying power (which we have never done)

We have 2 tough games left though, so no guarantees, but if we do get there I'd much rather face Tennessee than bama
