On Friday’s edition of TexAgs Live, Kay Naegeli took us Around Aggieland and provided updates on all things Texas A&M as fall sports continue. Football has an open date, men's and women's basketball play at home this weekend and much more.
Football
Texas A&M is No. 14 in ESPN's College Football Playoff Rankings released on Tuesday night. The Aggies are among eight Southeastern Conference teams on the list in the first-ever year of the 12-team format.
Men’s Basketball
No. 13 Texas A&M welcomes East Texas A&M to Reed Arena on Friday night as the Aggies begin a four-game home stand in Aggieland. Tipoff is at 7 p.m.
Women’s Basketball
With kids from across the Brazos Valley in attendance for an early Thursday game at Reed Arena, the Fightin' Texas Aggies got into the win column by beating UTSA, 55-51.
They will continue their homestand this Sunday at 2 p.m. CT against Western Michigan.
Volleyball
With just six regular-season matches remaining, Texas A&M volleyball's next three are on the road as the Aggies travel to No. 13 Kentucky on Friday before heading to Tennessee on Sunday.
Friday’s match is at 6 p.m. Sunday’s match is at noon.
Equestrian
The No. 2 equestrian team is traveling to No. 1 Auburn this Saturday.
