I figured out Elko's game plan.

Lose first game of the season to ND - go on 7 game win streak

Lose SC game - go on 7 game win streak (which would take us right at winning the CFP)

I'm not so sure. t.u. has some glaring holes in their team and I think we can run on them. Ewers had not looked good and I think we'll be able to pressure him

It's frankly crazy that Elko thought over pursuit was a good plan against a running QB.

SIP defense ranked higher than USCe, but do agree USCe has better DL (sips have better LBs and DBs).

IF we can't run on sip, we'll lose that game and losing Moss reduces that possibility greatly. Bisontis is also crucial as missing him at OG.

Yep

If we were going to lose a second fave then USCe was a good one to lose because it's not a rival and it doesn't really affect our chances of winning the sec


Plus, beating sip will give us a big resume win that will be valuable come playoff ranking time

Do you think there is any chance the horn D is so highly ranked because outside of UGA they haven't played anyone?
