He makes some valid points, but at least early on in his tenure it seems that Elko does a better job than recent coaches on game preparation. Besides, the more analysts that pick the other team, the better I feel going in to the game. (Video marked to start at the A&M section)

Their columnists that they polled were more in favor of an Aggie W than SC W.

Their "points" are just that our offense sucks. They assume we'd still have 7 points vs LSU if they had prepared for Reed.

Everyone we play is the new, hot team to watch out for until we beat them. Then they are overrated and coach is on the hot seat when we beat them.

All the pundits picking SC make it easy for the coach to have bulletin board material to keep the team focused. I would rather be hearing that than all the press clippings saying how great they are.

Anyone who uses "they have a qb issue…" as a reason why we might lose is immediately discredited as someone who really isn't paying attention to what's really going on.

"A qb issue" typically means that either you have 2 bad qb's or you have have 1 good qb that's hurt and you're having to move to your scrub back up. That's not the case with A&M - we have two good QB's - we're just trying to determine which is better

I've been nervous about this game for a few weeks, but as we've gotten closer and listened to the reasons the "experts" think we're going to lose…the better I feel. Because their "reasons" are actually uninformed narrative.

Less than 24 hours until kickoff and I officially think we roll tomorrow and solidify ourselves as a legit championship contender.

Similar. I don't think we "roll" in something like a 21 point win. But I do think we win by 7-14 in a game we were in control for the majority of the time
