Tie between the two offensive linemen shoving Reed and about 6 others into the end zone and the York pick.

Leaning to the York pick because I loved the expression on Nussmeier's face. It was like "where did he come from" and "did I just do that again?"

First pick was what turned the momentum. It was effectively a pick 6

BJ Mayes was the player of the game. That 1st pick turned the game around. 2nd pick was huge as well. He should be getting 90% of the snaps at nickle.

No doubt Nuss went full soccer player and flopped, but it was definitely an unnecessary head but and not a chest bump. And it was done about 4 feet in front of the referee. Dumb, dumb decision by Turner. Like, really dumb.

The Reed throw to Thomas!!
This may have been Reed's most important play. A running backfield isn't that big of a deal. A defense could've loaded up the line and stopped it. But the massive dime showed LSU and the rest of the SEC that this wasn't just a glorified running back.

Nailed it… "and he can throw too?!"

The so-called blind side block by our WR in front of the ball carrier to clean the path to the end zone. I saw it from my end zone seat, and jumped for joy to see the BIG HIT. And then saw the Ref react to the de-clearing block!!

The way football was meant to be, but isn't!

I would really like to hear the SEC office's explanation to Coach Elko, how a player standing in front of a ball carrier shouldn't be blocked.

The first pick. That changed the game.

After all the frustration up until that point, the 108,000 man roar as soon as he picked that, was by far the loudest moment of the game.

Hmmm

So many to choose.

I like both the second and third interceptions bc they were such great reads by both players. Very intelligent defense.

Your pick on offense is very solid. The two big guys following and pushing him into the end zone was great. LSU players had quit thinking the play was over.

Don't remember what happened on the play but when the camera showed elko covering his mouth with the paper but you could tell someone was getting an a$$ chewing.

Favorite play was the deep ball by Reed.

But the most important play (IMO) was Mayes first INT. The short field led to a quick TD and momentum was on our side. After that Nussmeier was never the same.

The 54 yard pass. Had just gotten off the phone with my brother and mentioned i was concerned about his passing ability. Was thrilled to be proven wrong so quickly.

I have to believe they had worked on that a great deal and the rb knew before the play that Reed was keeping it. Otherwise it creates so much uncertainty which screams fumble risk to me . It was a great fake .

Having said all of that , the 54 yard completion to Thomas seemed to me to be a perfectly executed play and that was my favorite offensive play of the night.

One that seems to have gotten lost in the noise is that recreation of The Hit by Scooby Williams to end one of their drives. I thought these type of hits were gone from the game, but the Scoobster has figured out how to cleanly ABSOLUTELY ****ING DESTROY THE RECEIVER WHO DARES COME ACROSS THE MIDDLE!
