Fun Fact: The Milton Parker Estate B&B was once home to the fraternity Zeta Psi in the 1990s. They ran a haunted house fundraiser in the historic mansion every October. Did you ever attend? Or did you visit the mansion when it was the Zeta Psi house? We would love to hear your stories!

Built in 1885 by Milton Parker and his wife, Molly, this historic home has stood just a few blocks from Downtown Bryan through much of the community's storied past. Today, the property serves as a charming bed and breakfast, and a beautifully restored example of Victorian architecture.

Owned and operated by Aggie grads, Bob & Denise Barbier, who love to collect stories of the estate's history to share with guests, the Milton Parker Estate B&B is a perfect place to stay for your next visit to Aggieland.

We have openings for the New Mexico State game and we opened bookings for Aggie Basketball season! Book here: https://www.miltonparkerhome.com/

Put up some bonfire decorations and do your best to hide any involvements with frats and you'll have a better chance with this.

I don't think this post is going as well as OP hoped. It might have been smart to research attitudes towards Greek entities at the time. People in their late 40s to mid 50s do not recall them fondly.

Is greek life more prominent and accepted now than it was back in the early 90's?

I don't know the full state of it, but I do know that the massive shrinking of bonfire when it moved off campus pushed greek acceptance.

When I was a student (1969-1973) there were no "frats". We always said we didn't need frats because we were all Aggies, bound by the spirit of Aggieland. Just being an Aggie BTHO of frats !

The ONLY valid ANNUAL goal for ALL Aggie Sports is a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!

Looks like we were there at the same time. Probably yelled at each other across the courtyard. Good times.

I was a RAB and in a frat, loved my time in Aggieland and consider myself an Ag not a frat guy, just made some great friends for life.

Don't know who this frat is, they must have come around after I left school.
