It's a tough call. We still have a shot at the playoffs. So do you let him ride and lose the game or do you judge based of his performance and the outcome.

Depends. Struggles in the first half but close? I say give him a drive or two into the thrid.

Struggles and we are getting beat by more than 2 scores you probably need to pull him.

If Conner is the guy then you have to give him a chance to win the game. You don't destroy his confidence and pull him early. You have to stand by your decision.

I agree you don't pull him early. I question pulling him at all but there are outcomes i see the possibility of pulling him.
