Wish more fans would take Billy's perspective...at least right now for Year 1 and Year 2 with Elko. He was clearly wrong on Jimbo in Year 3+ but this staff deserves some time to turn around the chaos created by Jimbo.

We are seeing good things. Things I didnt ever see under Jimbos leadership. Chill fans. It is gonna be alright....just have a bit of patience and realism.

Billy Liucci and David Nuno articulated lessons to be learned from a lackluster win over Bowling Green. I knew Bowling Green would not be a cakewalk because they challenged Penn State on the road from start to finish, but I still expected a double-digit home victory. Nevertheless, we should wait until the end of the season to evaluate Mike Elko's first year. Many of our fans have knee-jerk reactions after every game.

Jackie Sherrill obviously really likes Marcel Reed. Never mentioned Weigman. Says Reed will get better and better especially as the coaches learn how to utilize his talents. "He can throw the football.
