I've been keeping up with him since he left A&M for the draft. He's got a NFL record that will be hard to beat. 1,000+ yards receiving each season starting from his rookie season.

What's wild is, he's never had a sub 1,000 yard season outside of NCAAF and the NFL. I'm not sure what numbers he put up at Galveston Ball, but he was a unknown 3 star recruit back then

Anyways, today is week 1 in the NFL and he currently leads Tampa with 54 yards, 1 TD, and over 5 mins to go before half time

The only season he never had 1,000 yards receiving was the one year he played varsity in HS?

Von goes first but they're both first ballot takes

BTW, Mike had 61 yards today and 2 TDs. Which means he's on pace for over 1,200 yards this season. It's very early but if he stays healthy I like his chances. He's setting up a record that will be very hard to take down

I am not an avid sports card collector... I was in a shop that mainly has fan gear and some apparel ... there is a section for trading cards. I look for Aggie players in the NFL or MLB.

There were a couple like new, mint Evans' rookie cards... one marked $2 and the other $3...

I checked on eBay and his rookie card is offered for $15 ..: I bought them and a De'Von Achane rookie card for $2.

I'm a collector. Stick to professionally graded cards. They'll be in hard plastic "slabs." I stick to cards graded by PSA and graded 10 (perfect) You run the risk of buying fakes if they're not graded

There's a thread in the NBA forum here that's worth a look. I do collect Mike Evans cards and was looking almost daily at his stuff on EBAY before this season started

It's a shame PI doesn't somehow factor in to yards receiving. One was just called on a 16 yard pass to Mike

He could've had a hat trick of TDs if Baker had kept his eyes downfield on that play late in the 4th. Either way, that was one hell of a Thursday game and I'm glad Mike had another impactful night even if they didn't get the W.

I feel like he went a bit underrrated for the first few years of his career, but by this point everyone in the league has recognized how great of a career he's had and what a stand up guy he is both on and off the field.

In terms of NFL production, there isn't anyone close to him on the offensive side of the ball. 100 TDs is nuts. He's 23rd all time in TDs and if he can play another 2-3 years he may break into the top 15. His game isn't really built on speed so that may help his longevity.

I was thinking Charlie Krueger was NFL hof but he isn't. Also thought Lester Hayes was but was wrong again.

Yale Lary is the only Aggie HOFer. Crazy. And sad if you think about it. So many lesser programs have produced more HOFers than us.

Richmond Webb and Lester should definitely be in. Shane Lechler has a strong argument. Von and Evans will get in. Some work to do but Myles has a good chance.
