9/8/2012: 20-17 loss to Florida

10/8/2016: 45-38 2-OT win over Tennessee

We are currently 0-3 in road games with ESPN College GameDay

9/23/1995: 29-21 loss at Colorado

Prior to the 2021 road game at Ole Miss, Jimbo Fisher was 33-12 and 25-12 against Power 4 teams, including 21-10 (12-3 home, 7-6 away, and 2-1 against Arkansas at Jerry World) in SEC games. Dating back to that road loss at Ole Miss, we have gone 7-15 (5-4 home, 0-10 away, and 2-1 neutral site) in our last 22 games against Power 4 teams, including 6-12 (4-3 home, 0-9 away, 2-0 neutral) in our last 18 SEC games. We have lost 3 straight games against Power 4 teams and 10 consecutive true road games, including 9 consecutive SEC road games. I even dissected that putrid 7-15 record in our last 22 games against Power 4 teams by quarterback:

Zack Calzada 0-2 (both away)
Haynes King 0-3 (0-1 home and 0-2 away)
Max Johnson 4-4 (2-1 home, 0-3 away, and 2-0 neutral)
Jaylen Hendersen 1-2 (1-0 home, 0-1 away, and 0-1 neutral)
Conner Weigman 2-4 (2-2 home and 0-2 away)

Hopefully, we can reverse these negative trends with a win at Florida next Saturday. Florida has lost 6 consecutive games, including 3 consecutive home games. Dating back to a 37-34 home loss to LSU on 12/12/20, Florida is 10-24 (8-7 home, 2-11 away, and 0-6 neutral) in their last 34 games against Power 4 teams, including 8-17 (6-5 home, 2-9 away, 0-3 neutral) in their last 25 regular season SEC games.

We are just plained cursed, stemming all of the way into the 1940's.
