He was talking about our game and he seriously said Connor weigman was not our biggest problem on Saturday.

Either he did not watch the game or he really is not that intelligent. I don't see how you can watch that game and think it was anything but the qb play that was the issue. Defense did their job

I'm going with no intelligence with that Bama degree.

I'd agree. Our biggest problem was the coach deciding to keep running an ineffective QB out there without giving one of the other two who have both proven they can move the ball in a real game.

Well what did he say our biggest issue was then?

Ok will have to watch but he threw for 100 yards zero TD's and two absolutely terrible interceptions. I'm sure there is plenty of blame to go around on offense but Connor struggled and there is no getting around that.

Our biggest problem is ND entered the field after us.

Home team should enter last.

Lowest QBR in all of football, but no, not a problem.

It's very hard to believe with hundreds of capable WR's in college that we lack so much explosiveness, speed and deep threat ability. The int's appear to be on CW and we shall see in the next games

Greg McElroy has peaked in his broadcasting career and is so desperate he went on the ticket, which has not been good since Grego left.

The redheaded runt always defends the QB and he is going to the RG3 doghouse once his uncle Paul Fineblah retires or gets fired.

Good lord. All he said was it wasn't all Weigmans' fault. And it looks like it's true. Offense not grasping Klein's scheme and/or we just don't fit his scheme. A rb who ran right into defenders. A qb who was obviously mentally off, slow wrs. It's all a mess.

Yea the OL played a clean game. Never allowing ND to only rush 4 and get pressure on QB.

I don't think actual intelligence is the issue with McElroy.

Academics

McElroy graduated from Alabama in three years with a degree in business marketing.[54] As an undergraduate he had a 3.85 GPA,[55] and applied for, but did not win, a Rhodes Scholarship in 2010.[56] In December 2010 he obtained a Master of Science degree in sports management, completing it with a 4.0 GPA.[57][58]

In September 2010, McElroy was named the 20th-smartest athlete in sports by Sporting News.[59] During the NFL Combine in February 2011, McElroy scored a 43 out of 50 on the Wonderlic Test of intelligence.[60] His score was originally reported as a 48, which would have tied the all-time high for a quarterback set by Ryan Fitzpatrick.[61]

It's the classic appeal to authority fallacy.

McElroy would have you believe that he's an expert in the matter because he played college football at a high level, and because you didn't, he's right.

What happens in these instances is that these fellas (in sport or otherwise) take an off beat or unusual perspective for no other reason than to show off that they see things the novice can't possibly understand.

QBR is the fakest of all fake stats…qb rating isn't better.

Listening to a message board over someone who actually played college football...? Although I'm pretty sure CW was the worst problem, but he's right there were other problems too
