He looked like a moronic simpleton. If you've ever seen a chimp get confused by something, it was kinda just like that. I don't think he's very smart now. I wouldn't want him to date my son or daughter.

Actually kinda makes sense. A significant part of the black culture get really upset about magic tricks. I'm not joking. It's a thing. Much like their common aversion to dogs, even obviously friendly ones. It's weird.

The fact that this was the premiere game of the week, featured on GameDay, and opening the college football season under a new playoff format and your starting QB is not interviewed is telling.

Your only segment with him is a schtick segment and he's unhappy and looks visibly distraught having to participate. He's talking like a gang-member and holding his head in his hands because he's upset over a magic trick. And he gets almost no reception from his fellow team-members when the magic guy asks who the QB is and calls him up. Half assed acknowledgement by the team when he's reluctantly asked to participate.

Meanwhile, you have Riley with his own entire segment looking like the mature, grounded adult QB leader that one should be. I was actually shocked by all of that. Our QB is a 12 yr old.
Perfect summation.

The difference between how the two were portrayed was a little troubling pre-game, but in retrospect, it was very telling.

I don't understand how a QB that has a goal of playing in the NFL doesn't understand he is in basically a 3-year long job interview.

This staff needs to expect/insist that he act like an intelligent leader or move on to a QB that can or does. We have been through this crap before but Johnny went out and completely dominated on the field.

On a side note, CW had to be in on that right? So maybe he felt like that's how he should act?

What's weird is this post. It's offensive too.

No group of people is a monolith. At best this is a gross generalization. At worst it's bigotry.

That phrase has a lot of meanings: techno, sociological, colloquial, and the white supremicist version.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but putting the words in quotations like that is sus. Just fyi.

I get tired of Aggies being pattern recognized as bigots because of a lot of the stuff posted on this board. Please disregard this if I'm off the mark in this case.

It's unfortunate that this has to be said. I've had plenty of friends that were white and talked ghetto and were good life-long friends. The same can be said about black friends talking and acting of middle-class proper (great people as well). Connor is probably a great guy (I don't know him) but I was really shocked when he started talking. I agree with sea speed and It doesn't fit my own perception of him. Anecdotal.

Go cry about it somewhere else. Nobody's buying the bleeding heart bull**** anymore in 2024. Proceed through life at your own risk.

Like I said, something changed. Maybe he's partying too much and throwing up or maybe he was ill. Or maybe he's busy pursuing a record deal. No idea, but something clearly ain't right!

In before Aggie Therapist starts making claims that Johnny took him out on NG and got him drunk and doing lines of coke.

Weigman was clearly with Kenny Hill in the planter with a bottle.

During the gameday segment, it didn't even sound like him. It was very strange and dang sure didn't look like him on the field tonight! Something changed, and he puts up one of the worst QB performances in Kyle Field history! I've always liked him, but he should be on a very short leash before it's time to make a move to a new QB.

This is a TexAgs interview. Literally two different ways of talking within 12 months.
