Yeah it has been be maxes went up 7k. Which might not even be very impressive depending on how many lifts they max out? Like someone spitballed that's ballpark 80lb per player. If every player averaged + 40lb on two lifts in a year that's pretty good. + 10lb on 8 lifts less so.

Maybe it's like +20 lb on 4 lifts? That seems decent but nothing special. I don't even pretend to know what S&C looks like nowadays, is it still bench/squat/incline/powerclean as the main lifts?

Is it possible that the total team now ways 7000 lbs more than total team weight when Elko arrived. They brought in alot of players and added weight to alot of players. Is that the 7000 lbs.
Bring in 3 linemen and it's over 1k right there alone.

I think they mean 7000 pounds on max lift. Divide that by 100 players and by however many different lifts they measure. Means the average guy raised his bench by 20, his squat by 30, etc
