RCC, it was the basement of Sterling C Evans but you entered on the West side.

If you got a BANA/Computer Science degree, you spent many a night in there. They would kick you out at 5:30am for an hour. Walk of shame back to the dorm with everyone who actually had fun.

I do not miss that.

No all nighters for me, as my grades showed! I did go to that little coffee/snack place on the west side of the MSC or Burney's on Sbisa for late night snacks, though!

In my room in a Corps dorm, typing term papers on a manuel portable typewriter. For those too young to remember, you started with a blank piece of paper, one of those eraser "pencils". with the little brush thing on top. and prayed that you did not tear the paper, or you got to start over. Had to make sure you left the correct amount of room for the footnotes, or you got to type the whole page over. Word prossessors did not exist. No spell check, no auto correct..No google or AI. All research done at the library and you hoped the books were available.. I firmly believe that half the purpose of college is learning to overcome the obstacles placed in your way.
