We liked the one in Tomball but it closed sometime around Covid.

Mississippi is the nation's largest producer of catfish. 50% of the entire nation's supply comes from that one state.

We'll be stopping by one Sunday afternoon/ evening . Looks great!

Yes that's why I asked. The Restaurant association in Texas handing out payments to our state politicians. All the other southern states have passed legislation except us. I for one am tired of being cheated. Be nice if they would answer the question and more people would call your representatives. Our Catfish farmers deserve that!

I'm always asking myself Swai these restaurants purposely mislead people.

Can someone work out the economics for me? How is it cheaper to pay for Asian fish plus logistics of getting it here vs US fish?

Or are these Asian swai raised in us aquaculture businesses?
