I actually don't think sip will have it too bad next year, probably make playoffs. They are killing it in recruiting and do have momentum going into sec play.

Texas was, at best, the 8th best team this year. Being in the Final Four is a great accomplishment, but only happened because FSU lost their star QB. Texas got in the Final Four due to a little good luck and they had their shot at stumbling into the championship game, which is more than they deserved this year. Time to move on .....

Nothing they did this year was that special but I hope their brass thinks it was and they extend the average Sark.
Not many teams were able to get into the 4 team playoff.
12 is going to be great but 12 is also much easier to get into.
