I'd be suffering from a 18-22 y/o co-ed addiction had I gone to Ole Miss.
They were smelling salts most likely. Lots of athletes (and I guess coaches) are starting to use them. Supposedly they improve alertness and reaction time, but I think the evidence is mainly anecdotal.

I got my first job when I was 10 and have worked ever since. Would be nice to see him do well with all of the advantages that he was born into.
