Fans are the ones paying for those coaches salaries and buying the soulless mercenary players that only care about money. **** them all - if they won't put out a decent effort or exhibit a minimal amount of loyalty, the fans need to cut off the money. The Pop-Tart Bowl was the most enjoyable non Aggie game I've ever watched. Hell of a production. Should be the national championship game next season.

Rather than the last game of the current season's schedule (except for the playoff for the championship), make them the opening day day of next year's season.

What makes a game meaningless? As soon as you lose 2 games, which generally meant you were no longer in contention for the playoffs, are all games meaningless? Even with the 12 team playoff, once you hit 3 losses you are going to be out. Should players just quit playing after there is no realistic chance of being in the playoffs?

I'm good with all of these later bowls being a part of a much larger playoff.

Just curious, do the schools have to disclose who all is opting out for the Vegas folks?
