I was living in Wyoming, first year after graduation and listened to the game on the radio. Thurman Thomas and Barry Switzer were the OSU running backs. Guess NIL was in a different form then.

I remember this. Switzer got his nickname of the Swiss Miss from this game from making so many people miss their tackle.

I was at that game as well. I was 11 years old and vividly remember a new " character" on the sidelines named The San Diego Chicken. He kept sneaking up behind the OSU cheerleaders and lifting up their skirts and making lewd gestures to them until finally our Yell Leaders opened up a can of Whoop Azz on the Chicken.

I was at this game as a 10 year old. Rough night in Stillwater

I was at this game. I graduated the previous May. The president of the first company I worked for is an Aggie and huge football fan. Four of us from work packed up food and beer and headed to Stillwater. We went to a couple of bars. OSU people bought us beers. Went to the stadium and they let us in before the gates opened to see what our seats were like. We changed to the student section. Tough night. Barry Sanders was incredible. Sad, that even the band had problems that night.

As we were leaving the OSU fans were nice and did not rub it in. Long drive home.
